In order to directly aid the efficient and risk managed delivery of programs, SEAPDS PDO services focus on >
- Project delivery risk management, financial management, governance and deliverable management
- Practical and actionable processes and services that will address the compliance and reporting aspects for Program but also importantly provide services that aid the day to day delivery of programs
- Provide an independent review and update on delivery progress to executives, governance forums and stakeholders
- Create repeatable processes that can be leveraged across the program minimizing the time taken for effective stakeholder engagement, compliance and optimal financial management of programs
